Managing Work at Heights course(MWAH)
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Supervisors, Assessors, Managers involved in WAH activities.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT: Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level 4 or Equivalent, Ability to carry out hazards identification, risk assessment, and risk control measures.
COURSE TOPICS:Legal requirements, Approved Code of Practice and Standards for WAH, Roles and Responsibilities of various stakeholders , Risk Management, Fall Control Measures, Fall Prevention Plan, WAH Implementation and Monitoring Program, Demonstration and Practical Performance, Exam
DURATION: 20.5 hours including 5 hours assessments (Practical & Written)

Work at Heights Course For Workers(WAHW)
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Workers involved in WAH activities.
ENTRY REQUIREMENT: Applicant should be able to understand and communicate in language of instruction. Applicant should have a basic knowledge of workplace processes, procedures, activities and practices.
COURSE TOPICS: WSH Act, WAH & RM regulations, Roles and Responsibilities, Hazard identification for WAH, fall control measures, Donning of Individual Fall Protection equipment and Self-relief technique in emergency, Importance of Inspection & record keeping of WAH equipment, Demonstration and Practical Performance, Exam
DURATION: 7.5 hours including 1.5 hours assessments (Practical & Written)

ASSESSMENT DETAILS: candidates must achieve Theory Exam (MCQ) – 60% & Practical assessment 100% with class room attendance 100%
Formwork Safety course for Supervisors(FSCS).
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:Supervisors who are appointed to supervise the construction, erection, alteration or dismantling and inspection of formwork structures at any worksite.
ENTRY REQUIREMENT: Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level 4 and above or Equivalent.
COURSE TOPICS:Fundamentals of Formwork and Falsework Construction, Roles and Responsibilities of Formwork Supervisor, WSH legislation and Codes of Practice, Interpretation of Working Drawings, Construction Strength of Materials and Shoring, Work At Height and Excavation, Inspection of Formwork and Falsework, Risk Assessment for Formwork Construction, Respond to Failure in Formwork Structure, Fire and Emergencies, Written Assessment (MCQ) & Other modes (RP/CS)
DURATION: 36 hours including 4 hours assessments (Written)

Formwork Safety course for Workers(FSCW)
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Formwork workers and tradesmen who are appointed to supervise the construction, erection, alteration or dismantling and inspection of Formwork structures at any worksite.
ENTRY REQUIREMENT:Applicant should be able to understand and communicate in language of instruction. Applicant should have a basic knowledge of workplace processes, procedures, activities and practices.
COURSE TOPICS:Applicable WSH Legal and other requirements, Role of worker in Fromwork Activities, Fundamentals of Formwork construction, Types of Fromwork, Basic Risk Assessment for Worker level , Hazard Identification for Formwork Activities, safety and health measures for Formwork Activities, PPE for Formwork Activities & WAH, Accident Case Studies.
DURATION: 7 hours including 1 hours assessments.
